Why Qigong works for me

First of all it gives me energy. I notice it especially if I don’t train ’til night time, when I will feel more tiredness during the afternoon. If I train a bit before and after any sport, I recuperate faster and have LESS ACHES, great for the over 50’s!

I have gone from size 36 to 34 without rigorous changes or diets (no more crisps). More on that another time. Cholesterol is high in our family. I was above 6 and in the last few years it has dropped below 5 (the safe average).

Nutrition is very important and if we stick to not overdoing anything, we can still eat fatty foods, have a small drink and keep illness at bay!

All I did to achieve this is practise Qigong daily.
