Overall Qi Gong has been a positive influence and improved my quality of life.By regular practice it did help reduce some stress and anxiety in my day to day living .I stopped practicing in the Summer and I did happen to get quite sick with Covid in early September which could be coincidence or not.I used to practice in the forest near me overlooking a view of the Kerry mountains ,which I have to say is a very calming spiritual experience.I look forward to going back to regular practice.

I have some health challenges and joined Mark's on-line qigong lessons.
At first I thought I would quit, but luckily I persevered.
Now I look forward to every lesson.
