I have been attending Qigong classes for almost a year now and have found that my overall health and fitness have greatly improved. I spend between 5 to 10 minutes most mornings upon waking doing some basic Qigong exercises, stretching and focusing on my breathing and find it really sets me up for my day by energising my body and mind. I include in my daily routine 50 or more face rubs which help to keep my sinuses clear. I have suffered from sinusitis for many years and have tried lots of lotions and potions to alleviate the symptoms and usually end up on antibiotics each winter. Now I don’t use anything other than face rubbing and so far so good this winter, no medication, no headaches and no stuffy nose!!! I love attending my weekly class with Mark who has taught me so much about how my body works, how to manage stress and pain through proper breathing and the weekly meditations are great for relaxing and finding that inner calm.

HI Mark, My reference. Overall Gi Gong has been a positive influence and improved my quality of life. By regular practice it did help reduce some stress and anxiety in my day-to-day living. I stopped practicing in the Summer, and I did happen to get quite sick with Covid in early September which could be coincidence or not. I used to practice in the forest near me overlooking a view of the Kerry mountains, which I have to say is a very calming spiritual experience. I look forward to going back to regular practice.

A great workshop 2016 Got benefit to my whole body but I especially appreciated the increased movement in my shoulder which had soft tissue damage seven years ago. Much more beneficial to me in one day than previous attempts at physiotherapy. A truly beneficial workshop. Highly recommended. Workshop at Nano Nagle E. O'S.

I’ve been learning Tai Chi now for a year and find the benefits have been growing over that time. My job is stressful and regular practice of my tai chi has helped give me more energy in general and can really wake me up after a hectic day. Tai Chi has also helped my posture: I not only feel taller now, but my back problems have eased as well. Above all it has made me more aware of myself, my health and my energy potential!
