You must ensure that you know how to use Zoom on your device before the lesson starts.

2. Payment & Access to Lessons

Payment must be verified before you receive the link to the online lessons.

3. Gifted Lessons

If you are purchasing a gift of learning, ensure it is organized in time.
Either Mark should contact the recipient, or the recipient should contact me to receive the lesson link.

4. Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation: You must notify us at least one week before the lessons start.
Private Lessons: You have 24 hours to cancel, but it is assumed you will reschedule instead.

5. Refund Policy

Lessons are not refunded; instead, they can be rescheduled to a more suitable time.
If a payment mistake occurs, notify us immediately via personal contact (preferred) or the contact page (response may take longer).
