What does self-healing mean?

When you are unwell you can do lots of things as well as going to the doctor. Having a healthy lifestyle is important for our longevity. Being healthy is part of self-healing and preventing illness. We learn how to repair damage done to our body as well as prevent it or at least diminish the effect being ill has on us, especially in the long run. Self-healing can mean many things like taking the right supplements, eating well, exercise, how to be mindful, how to age well, emotional wellness. These aspects and many more are discussed at the lessons, as well as Mark giving you printable info about what to do to continue self-healing on an on-going basis.

The Benefits of Online Lessons

There’s No Pressure to Be an Expert at Qigong

We try to keep things easy during the lesson, but we get it — if you’re new to qigong, those first few classes could be a little intimidating, especially if you’re on the more reserved side. Online classes are great for beginners because they take all of the pressure of a studio class away. You can stop thinking about how you look in or whether or not you’re flowing like the teacher. Instead, you can focus on having fun and getting the best workout.

  • No need to worry about how you look.
  • No studio pressure—just enjoy the session.

You Don’t Need to Arrange Childcare

One of the many benefits of working out at home is that you don’t have to worry about arranging childcare. You’ll be on your own turf, so you’ll be easily available if your family needs you.

  • No need to hire a babysitter.
  • You can be available for your family.

It’s a Cost-Effective Workout Plan

You don’t need any fancy equipment — just some comfortable clothes and a chair. Cost shouldn’t be an obstacle to your health, and when you work out at home, it doesn’t have to be. No transport or parking costs.

  • No expensive equipment needed.
  • No transport or parking fees.

You’ll Have Fewer Excuses Not to Work Out

Almost all your usual excuses become irrelevant when you start learning qigong at home. There’s no traffic to make you late for class, no weather conditions tempting you to ditch your workout plan… and the list goes on.

  • No traffic or bad weather excuses.
  • Your workout is always accessible.

You Can Get Comfy as Soon as You’re Done

You know that feeling when you finish and all you want to do is relax and/or eat something? You can do all of those things straight away when you exercise in the comfort of your own home. No traveling or walking through the rain before getting home.

  • Instant post-workout relaxation.
  • No need to travel after exercise.

Practice in the Comfort of Your Home

Set up your chair and a computer, phone, or tablet anywhere in your home that makes you feel at ease. If your happiest place is outside, that’s even better.

  • Choose your own workout space.
  • Indoor or outdoor—whatever makes you comfortable.
