Beginners live Qigong online Lessons – Wed. Jan. 14

Qigong Isn’t Another Thing to Do—It’s a Way to Come Home to Yourself.

As December winds down, many of us feel it: the quiet exhaustion of a year well carried—you might be someone who cares for your family, your customers, your community. Maybe you run a business. Maybe you’ve barely had time to breathe deeply all month.

And yet… something in you is listening. Not to another promise of “transformation,” but to a quieter call: What if I could move, breathe, and simply be—without fixing, achieving, or performing?

That’s where Qigong begins.

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) isn’t exercise. It’s not about flexibility, fitness, or getting it “right.”
It’s the ancient Chinese art of harmonising your body, breath, and mind through slow, mindful movement and stillness. Think of it less like a class—and more like a daily homecoming.

You don’t need special clothes. You don’t need an hour. You don’t even need to believe anything.
You only need five minutes, a quiet corner, and the willingness to feel your feet on the floor and your breath in your ribs.

In my January beginners’ series at www.liveqigong.online, we’ll explore simple, time-tested practices that:

Sandy footprint
  • Calm a busy mind,
  • Ease tension held in the shoulders, back, or face,
  • Gently awaken your body’s natural rhythm of healing and balance.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning—again and again—to who you already are: aware, alive, and worthy of care.

The first session is on Wednesday January 14, 19.00 GMT

You also get 2 extra lessons per week with the advanced group. Tu. & Wed. More info: www.liveqigong.online

If you miss a lesson, I record each one and send it to you every week, along with info on the exercises we practised!

Online and accessible from anywhere—like your kitchen table.
No experience needed. Just show up as you are.

And if you’re not sure yet? That’s perfectly fine. Just try this now:

  • Sit or stand comfortably.
  • Let your eyes soften.
  • Breathe in gently through your nose… and sigh it out through your mouth.
  • Do that three times.
  • That’s Qigong.

All ages and levels welcome.
